As a former Canadian national figure skater, Katelyn has always been intrigued by the body’s ability to perform. Her passion led her to the University of Calgary, Canada where she received a MSc in Applied Exercise Physiology, specialising in elite sport at the Olympic level, rehab and women’s health.

Katelyn’s training sessions incorporate her diverse background in; applied exercise science and sport performance, functional training, strength and conditioning, vinyasa yoga, stress management, rehabilitation and fascial stretch therapy.

She aims to keep her sessions refreshing, scientifically based and current!
